How to book: step-by-step guide
Everything is on this page. Nothing is booked or charged until you select the button at the bottom. No password is required now; we will email you a link to set one.
Choose a day and time
Select a day with a coloured dot (grey days are fully booked), then a time. The page moves to the next step automatically.
Confirm who is attending
One seat is selected for you. To book for others, press + once for each person and enter their first names.
Pay and book
If you have credits, select "Confirm booking". Otherwise, enter your name, email and card details, and select "Pay and book". Your booking is confirmed immediately.
Children. A child with a medical condition attends free of charge up to age 12, seated next to an adult. Otherwise, please add a Junior seat.
Changes and cancellations. You can change or cancel free of charge up to 12 hours before your session, and your credits are returned to your account.
Booking by phone. Call us and we can book your session over the phone.
How credits and payment work
Sessions are paid for with credits. One credit equals one seat, and package credits do not expire.
You can buy credits in advance, or choose your time below and pay at the final step. Either way, your booking is confirmed as soon as payment is made.
First visit. There is no need to buy a package. A single session covers one visit.
