What a session is like
Sit back and relax
Take your seat and read, watch something, work or simply rest. No masks or equipment are needed; just wear something comfortable.
Gentle pressure
The chamber is gently brought up to 1.5 ATA (1,500 hPa), and held there for your session.
Richer air
You breathe the chamber's air directly: 38 to 40% oxygen, 1.5 to 2% carbon dioxide and 0.5% hydrogen.
Two full hours
At the end, the pressure is reduced gradually and you can continue with your day.
The air inside the chamber
- Air pressureAbout 1.5x
Outside 1,013 hPa. In the chamber 1,500 hPa (1.5 ATA).
- OxygenAbout 2x

Because the air is also under more pressure, each breath carries about 2.8 times the oxygen of the air outside.
