From account to arrival

Five steps, from creating your account to arriving for your first session.

  1. Create your account (this is your next step)

    Select "Create an account". Enter your name and email address, then enter your email again under "Confirm email address".

    We will email you a link to confirm your address and set a password. An account is also created automatically when you book.

  2. Choose how to pay

    First visit: your Standard seat is £29.99, paid when you book.

    For future visits, select "Buy credits" to purchase a package. One credit equals one seat, and package credits do not expire.

  3. Choose a day and time

    Select "Book a session", then choose a day and a time. Confirm who is attending, then select "Pay and book", or "Confirm booking" if you have credits.

    Everything is on one page. You will receive a confirmation email.

  4. Fill in the health form

    A short health questionnaire, found under "Things to do" on your dashboard.

    If you prefer, you can complete it on paper when you arrive.

  5. Your visit

    Please arrive 5 minutes early, or 15 minutes early if you have not completed the health form and introduction video online. Your booking details are under "My bookings".
